MSL enhances indemnity insurance offering for businesses

MSL Legal Expenses announced recently that it will begin offering enhanced indemnity insurance for businesses, providing as much as £50,000 per claim towards legal costs.

The firm restructured its business liability insurance by adding provisions to cover employment disputes, identity theft resolution, tax aspect enquiry, and undisputed debt recovery.

MSL Commercial is also know for offering access to its around the clock insurance claim call center to its policyholders.  Additionally, it boasts a panel of solicitors who have specialised in a wide range of legal issues standing ready to advise its customers.

These changes to their employers liability offerings come in the wake of a recent review.  Several broker clients who aided in the review will receive a 25 per cent on any new business premiums for the coming 12 months as a reward.

Nick Garner, managing director for the firm, commented that the long-term financial health of a company can be severely damaged by having to shoulder the financial responsibilities of engaging legal actions in the case of things going wrong.

Garner added that the firm’s enhanced commercial insurance will offer a higher coverage level for business owners, which will give them the peace of mind of knowing that expert legal advice is just a phone call away whenever any important issues do arise.

MSL Connect, the firm’s price quote and policy purchasing facility, offers brokers access to MSL Commercial for instant coverage.  It also boasts real time tracking for any claims made through the system.
