QuestGates, a specialist loss adjuster that offers professional indemnity insurance and other related services, recently released an announcement detailing the new appointments the firm has made in order to bolster its environmental team in regards to new claims handlers.
Ms. Stephanie Jones, a claims team leader who worked previously for for business liability insurance provider Primary General has joined the firm, along with Clinton Slabber, who has experience working as a claims negotiator with personal and commercial insurance provider Sterling Insurance.
Ms Jones will be working out of the Bolton area, while Mr Slabber will be based out of Maidstone.
Alan Dobson, director of the QuestGates business division that specialises in environmental claims, released a statement in which he described how the loss adjuster firm had recently been experiencing a substantially significant increase in regards to claims volumes that had been generated from the environmental market in addition to an increase in their client base as well.
While Mr Dobson stressed that the environmental claims team for QuestGates was currently enjoying a substantial amount of success, the heightened volume of both claims and new clients prompted the company to bolster its numbers with the two newly appointed management staff.
Mr Dobson concluded his statement by adding that both Mr Slabber and Ms Jones had been selected out of a field of their peers due to their knowledge, skill, and experience with environmental liability claims, and he was quite pleased to welcome both new staff appointments to the firm.
