Business insurance specialist offers cover to nail salons

One business insurance provider has recently announced that it will begin offering nail salon insurance to interested parties.

Sadler & Company, Inc. has instructed nail salons looking for shop insurance to visit the provider’s website for a price quote.  The cover provided by the company will include protection for any injuries or professional indemnity related to nail repair, airbrushed art, nail painting, acrylic nail application, pedicures, and manicures, to name a few.

A wide range of risks are faced by nail salons, remarked Sadler & Company president, John Sadler.  Mr Sadler gave several examples, such as customers falling ill to chemical injuries or infections due to improper nail care services, or sustaining an injury on site due to a slip or a fall.

The customers of nail salons are not the only ones in danger of injury or harm, continued Mr Sadler.  The employees of the salon itself could expose the company to liabilities if injured while providing services to customers, while the possibilities of burglary, robbery, vandalism, and fraud are also quite real – something that the recent UK riots proved, as many smaller businesses caught out by the riots suffered.

Nail salons that are interested in this type of insurance cover were instructed by the insurance provider to complete an online application in order to receive a quote.  However, industry experts do caution consumers on the dangers of not shopping around for the best deal, as the current economic landscape has left many firms on shaky financial ground and unwilling to shell out large quantities of cash for insurance cover they can get in other places for much less.
